Payments for your orders are handled by Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment providers.
How it works
When you confirm your order, you are taken to Stripe’s secure payment page. You enter your card details there, then you are brought back to our website automatically once the payment is complete.
Your card details are protected
- Your card details are entered only on Stripe’s website: Louise et Gab never has access to them and does not store them.
- Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security level defined by the card networks.
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), on our website as well as on Stripe’s.
- Depending on your bank, you may be asked for strong authentication (3D Secure): a code sent by text message or approval in your banking app.
Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are shown on the Stripe payment page when you pay for your order.
Refunds
If you return an item, the refund is made to the payment method used for the order, under the conditions set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
